Dewy Skin and eye liner:
Cleanse, tone and moisturise the face in order to create a
clean and smooth base for the make-up.
When applying the moisturiser massage it
into the skin well using your fingers to increase the circulation to the skin.
Throughout this look apply the products with your fingers
where possible, as the heat from your hands will warm the products and you can
work the products into the skin well to create a nice finish. If you do not
want to use your fingers then use blending sponge instead.
Then apply a primer such as Illamasqua Hydra Veil over the
skin.
Apply an illuminating foundation to the skin such as Mac
Face and Body. Work the product into the palms of your hands and then apply it
to the face using your hands. Apply a thin layer to begin with and work it into
the skin as much as possible then build up the layers if needed but do not put
more product than is needed onto the skin as the look is supposed to be quite
natural.
Then apply concealer to the areas that you need to.
Apply a highlighter such as The Body Shop Radiance Highlighter
to the high points of the face such as the top of the cheek bones, the forehead
and down the centre of the nose.
Apply a shimmer eyeshadow in a natural shade to the eyelids.
Use a patting motion to apply the eyeshadow so that you can control where the
product is placed as using a sweeping motion can sometimes cause the product to
go where you do not want it to.
Apply a cream blush to the cheeks, making sure that you blend
it into the foundation well.
Then apply gel eyeliner using an angle brush such as the Illamasqua
Slanted brush. Start from the outer corner and use sweeping motions to apply
the liner. Then extend the liner from the outer corner to create a flick.
